My journey as a fitness instructor & personal trainer started in 1996 when I become a qualified fitness instructor and exercise to music teacher from New College Durham in Durham UK.

Since then, I've done 100s of fitness courses, attended several conferences on health on fitness. I have taught classes at different gymnasiums in northeast UK and abroad to1000s of people ranging from Latin dance, Les Mills range of fitness classes, aerobics, steps, circuits, box fit, etc. 

That’s 26 years of nonstop teaching!! I have enjoyed all these years and still do. Teaching Dance and Fitness classes is what keeps me going and keeps me fit!
